Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of the VybeStamps website, customer mobile application, merchant portal, and related services. By using VybeStamps, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms to use VybeStamps. You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your credentials confidential, and all activity under your account. Merchants are responsible for the staff access they authorize and for promptly reporting unauthorized access.
2. Loyalty programs and rewards
Merchants create and administer their own loyalty programs, including stamp requirements, rewards, expiration dates, and redemption conditions. Merchants are responsible for honoring valid rewards and communicating their program rules clearly. VybeStamps provides the software and does not guarantee the availability, quality, or value of any merchant’s products or rewards.
3. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the services, interfere with their operation, access another person’s account, submit unlawful or deceptive content, attempt to manipulate stamps or redemptions, reverse engineer the services, or use them to violate any law or another person’s rights.
4. Fees and subscriptions
Any applicable plan fees, limits, billing terms, and renewal conditions will be shown when a merchant selects a plan or places an order. Merchants authorize us or our payment provider to charge agreed fees. We may change plans or prices with reasonable notice; changes will not affect a period already paid for unless required by law or agreed otherwise.
5. Content and intellectual property
You retain rights to content you submit, such as business logos, offers, and messages. You grant VybeStamps a limited license to host, display, and process that content as needed to provide the services. The VybeStamps name, software, design, and related materials belong to VybeStamps or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
6. Service availability
We work to keep VybeStamps available, but the services may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates, outages, or events outside our control. We may modify or discontinue features and will provide notice where reasonably practical.
7. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for users or VybeStamps, fail to pay applicable fees, or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will remain in effect.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, VybeStamps is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that the services will meet every requirement. To the extent permitted by law, VybeStamps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the services.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Kathmandu, Nepal will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, unless applicable law requires a different forum.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the effective date. Your continued use of VybeStamps after an update means you accept the revised Terms, except where additional consent is required by law.
